Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8-Week Series (MBSR)
This 8 week program is designed to meet the program standards as set forth by the Center for Mindfulness at UMASS. 
Each class is 21/2 hours with a 6 hour Day of Mindfulness held in the middle of the series. 
Classes will include lecture, group discussion, with emphasis on the exploration of the Mindfulness practices including Body Scan, Seated Meditation, Yoga, Walking Meditation, and Loving Kindness Meditation. 
Participants will be given correlating written material, home practice worksheets and a recording for home practice guidance. 
Mini-Courses
Courses may be tailored to meet your needs. 
6 week programs are also available, with shorter classroom hours. 
These programs can also be adapted to meet particular participant needs.
